1. If you're on the fourth floor of the building and you want to talk to your co-worker on the exact opposite side from you on the same floor, is it faster to walk around or go down to the ground floor, walk across, then take the elevator up?

2. We made the assumption earlier that every square inch of floor space was used for offices. In the attached floor plan we find out that's not the case. Re-calculate how much space the average employee has to work in.
